Issue : opmnctl: opmn.xml validation failed

Issue : During Post Health checks found that Some of opmn processes are not up

Description: During the PMP activities we found that autoconfig has been run and opmn.xml file is not properly taken care with customizations.

Solution : Restoring OPMN.xml:

/kiranginni/inst/apps/kiranginni_kiranginni/ora/10.1.3/opmn/conf/opmn.xml

Done on both the nodes...

Then restarted the services individualy.

Now all the services coming fine as pre. Checked and released the Instance to customer.
